I have a passion for deep inner-work and service that started with the intention to go to the depths of my soul. As a result of my own inner-work I’ve become a clear channel for divine healing. It would truly be an honor to share my gifts with you.

Through my compassionate, soulful and intuitive approach I’ll guide you deep within to access and clear the blockages that prevent you from living the life you desire and deserve.

I’m simply the conduit through which healing energy flows.

My journey has been intense and involves self-exploration, personal growth and healing for over 25 years. My path has included meditation, yoga, workshop intensives, and a variety of holistic healing modalities.

From the outside looking in, before starting this journey, it seemed as if I had the perfect life according to societal standards. I had a successful corporate career, beautiful children, an adoring husband and financial stability. But what I desired most of all seemed to always be out of reach, and that was simply the freedom to be myself.

I’ve healed from several heart-breaking life challenges including the loss of my mother and a divorce —

But, the biggest hurdle I overcame was a life-threatening health crisis.Twenty-five years ago I was exposed to arsenic.

After being misdiagnosed several times and prescribed medications that actually made me sicker, I turned to holistic health to find relief.

After years of coexisting with the arsenic tucked neatly in my organs and tissues the toxins finally manifested in the form of tumors.

I’m thrilled to report that ultimate self-care and unshakable belief in a miracle resulted in a full recovery.

Through experiencing my own miracle of healing the situation left me many gifts including extreme sensitivity, dedication to self-care, and the deep desire to help others heal.

Once healed my guides gave me the message “you had to experience the miracle to share the miracle.”

Before doing my work, I had no idea what would be involved with the intention of going to the depths of my soul.

Nearly every aspect of my former life had to go including friendships, my marriage, financial security, physical toxins, emotional baggage, and false ideas of who I was. By letting go of that which no longer served me I was able to make room for my true self to emerge and a new life of service and dedication to others. Immediately following my divorce I enrolled in graduate school where I obtained a Master's degree in Social Work, all while raising three young children, obtaining extensive psychotherapy training, and doing my deep inner-work.

After obtaining my therapy license I founded Self-Care Specialists in 2013 through which I offer psychotherapy, stress management and mindfulness workshops for caregiving and business professionals. My work has been a true joy! Realizing gifts that are outside the traditional model of work within my profession, license and location I founded Blossoming Heart Center in 2015, became an ordained minister of healing, and offer services as a healing guide and channel.

My experience includes years of mentoring and assisting others' in their journey of self-exploration individually and in workshop settings. As an experienced public speaker I’ve enjoyed sharing my practical advice, wisdom and gifts with many beautiful souls.
